ABOUT ADAM
Once upon a time, I was the guy who appeared to have it all — on paper. Not one but two growing careers. Great relationship. Overseas holidays. Weekends away. Amazing car. Stellar social calendar. The nights that turned into mornings that turned into memories. I was living the dream… and quietly falling apart.
I was depression in a dinner jacket. Anxiety and addiction hid behind ambition. And no-one really knew. So, I kept performing — at work, in life, behind the DJ decks— I did this for nearly a decade until something inside finally whispered,"There has to be more than this."
Turns out, there was.
But I had to go through the mess to find the magic.
I got honest. About my relationship with alcohol and drugs. About the version of “success” I was chasing. About how exhausted I was from trying to hold it all together. I stopped numbing and started listening — to my body, to my intuition, to the voice inside that I’d been avoiding for years.
I stepped away from the hustle and towards healing. I questioned everything: the rules I’d been following, the identity I’d built, and the life I’d curated for external applause. I swapped striving for stillness, self-sabotage for self-trust. And little by little, I built a life that feels like me.
With nearly two decades (yep, 19 years) of experience guiding people through transformation— as a coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator— I’ve seen behind the curtain of hundreds of lives. The common thread? Success on the outside, and a quiet sense of misalignment within. Looking good— at the gym, at the pub, in the meetings— complete with a forced smile and a label of "I'm fine! Busy. But yeah, I'm good."
Reality for most people? "Ummm, I don't know how much longer I can go on like this and I'm scared to be honest about what's really going on!"
Today, I help high-performing humans who’ve ticked all the boxes — and still feel like something’s missing. I help people come back to themselves. Not with a five-step plan or a morning routine that starts at 4:45am (ewww, no thanks!) — but through soulful, honest conversations that strip away the noise and get to the truth.
I believe peace isn’t something you “earn” when you’ve done enough. It’s available to you now. Just like joy. Just like clarity. Just like a long, slow, deep breath. (Yes, seriously, take one of those!)
I’m also a DJ, which means I know a thing or two about energy — the kind you feel in your chest, not just your calendar. I still love a dance floor, but these days you’re more likely to find me behind the decks rather than facing one. And if I'm not in music mode or writing emotive blog articles, I'm in the kitchen cooking one-pot meals with Sam Hunt on repeat, diving into the ocean (yes, even in winter), or laughing (and not-so-secretly crying) during an episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
This work — this life — my life — it's about alignment first and foremost.
Not perfection. Not just performance. Certainly not for accolades that lack intrinsic meaning and purpose but look good on LinkedIn.
No. Not that. My life is about soul truth, and the life that starts the day with a deep exhale that says “ahhh… there I am." and ends with a smile that's unfakeable, and a deep knowing that I am indeed, on the right path.
