This structure outlines how I can support you in finding what you love; designing it in a way that puts your health and well-being first; and, implementing that to ensure a smooth transition. Your career (and life!) is important, so this is handled with love, care and respect for you and where you are at on your respective journey.
ease:
First, it's about calming your mind and relaxing your body so you can feel at ease with yourself and where you are at this point of your life. This is the rest that you've secretly been craving but have never actually experienced! An important and necessary first step before you deep dive into what matters because working from a stress-ridden state is only going to recreate the problems you experience now.
discover:
Here's where you find out what you really want to be doing with your life. It's been hidden in plain sight all along. I'll help you navigate the inward journey where you will discover what this is. You will know when you find it because every other avenue will become unimportant. You'll want to spend your time and energy and focus on this one thing.
design:
Now you've know what you want to do, how do you want to do it? This is an important step so you don't burn out. I'll help you map out your unique path that puts your health and happiness in the front seat. After all, what good is getting to do what you love if you can't sustain it long-term?
create:
Here's where you take your phenomenal skills and talents and find/create a new avenue for money to flow. This could be in the form of a creative pursuit, a new business, or it could be something as simple as a new job that is fully aligned.
vices:
Right now, you've got one or more coping mechanisms that have become a problem for you. you know it's a problem, but you're having trouble changing this behaviour. Whether that's alcohol, drugs, overeating or excess caffeine. It could even be overworking or something else entirely... It doesn't matter. Here you'll find completion with the underlying problem that sparked this behaviour, and you'll install new, more effective ways to tackle life's challenges that won't have you feeling the guilt and shame that comes with doing it 'yet again'. Due to the personalized nature of this experience, 1-on-1 sessions are required to navigate this area.
N.B. You won't have to give this up completely unless you really want to, but you will stop relying on this behaviour to make your life better and put an end to the guilt and shame that comes along with it.
quit & commit:
