You're Not Supposed To Hate Monday
Hating Mondays might feel normal, but it’s not natural: it’s a sign you’re living out of alignment with what you truly want. This blog unpacks why chasing success without purpose leaves high achievers unfulfilled; and how to reconnect with joy, purpose, and the life you actually want to live now.

Hating Monday might have become normal, but it's not natural.
It's become normal because most of the world seems to be inducted into a way of living that goes against human nature. In fact, it's celebrated.
Put more simply, most of the world thinks it's normal to push themselves for 45 years of their life in a job they're good at and creates the lifestyle they want, but they would happily leave if someone offered them the same amount of money (or more!) to do something else.
Let this blog post be short (I'll try - promise!) and straight to the point.
This life? You cannot get it back.
And what, you're gonna get to 65 (or earlier) and look back on your life and wish you had made the courageous decision to follow what you really wanted to do?
That you had taken a long look in the mirror and had that secret conversation with yourself about how you really feel about yourself and your life and the direction you're heading? It might look good from the outside. But how do you feel?
Let me take you deep for a moment.
> Your purpose here on this earth is based in joy. (think: en-joy-ment. It's meant to be in joy)!
> Your purpose is not embedded in your suffering now for a future point in time where you get to be happy. (You won't be, it'll be layered with regret, if it's not already).
> Your purpose isn't measured on how much money you make, your title, your office, your house, your car or the clothes you wear, your purpose is measured by how happy you are. Not your happiness when the workday ends or the weekend begins or you take off on yet another overseas holiday. Not just when you open a bottle of wine at night and put your feet up.
Yes, I see you. 👀😉 And also: been there, done that.
Your happiness matters now. Like, today.
And if you secretly hate Monday? Or, perhaps wish you had another day on the weekend?
That's a big fucking neon sign that shows that what you are doing isn't exactly what you want to be doing with your life.
And that shit gets heavy the longer you leave it.
Because remember: you can't get this time back.
Want to figure out what you really want to do? Want to feel excited to pursue it? Want to create a roadmap for a future that's both exciting and lucrative? It's time we chat.
